This machine is designed to dress & grind side part of many pieces diamond blades like small cutter, laser saw, etc to increase productivity separating front grinding process in full auto way by using servo motors for infeeding and hydraulic unit for oscillation of main spindle with Robot loading & unloading.                     

NOTE

• Innovative Robot with 6 Axis loading & unloading system could completely remove labor for the blade grinding with high efficiency
• One Robot can supply blade to two machines with different diameter.
• Chraging blade on Loading position & discharging blade with separate trolley can make operation more efficient way.
