This machine is designed to  grind the front of the φ100~180mm cup wheel with a fully automatic loading & unloading and performs oscillation & grinding front part of cup wheel by clamping the cup wheel with a hydraulic jack.

MAIN FEATURES

• Auto Cup wheel outside clamping by hydraulic cylinder

• The oscillation grinding wheel is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.

• Controls the infeed of the abrasive wheel with a servomotor.

• Auto infeeding of Grinding Wheels by Servo Motor

• Control main spindle rotation speed with an inverter

• Dust & Abrasives collectiing system

• Infeeding abrasive wheel is adjustable by inverter

• Abrasive wheel roationn speed adjustable to match linear speed

• Automatic loading and unloading by servo motor controlled actuator
